REFUND POLICY

Our effort to make everyone satisfied is untiring. But regardless of what we provide, we always care that you might not be satisfied. Having that in mind, we offer refunds without asking you any question.

If you are unhappy with any of our product, navigate to the Contact Us Page and write us a message mentioning you want a refund. You should use the same email address you have used to purchase. Adding the order number is also helpful. A support staff will reply within business hours and process the refund within 2 working days.

All refund requests has to be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we are closed on Sundays and support is available during our office hours 10am – 6pm (GMT+8). If you send us an email on Saturday after our office hours, don’t worry. It will be processed on Monday morning.
